All orders placed over $75.00 (before taxes) qualify for FREE Shipping (Canpar Regular shipping only).
Orders under $75.00 (before taxes) will be subject to a shipping and handling fee. Express shipment is also available at additional cost (see table below for rates).

If the shipping address and billing address are different, the rate will be based on the shipping address, not the billing address.
When placing an order at stagshop.com, please ensure that all your shipping information is accurate. If you provide the wrong information and your
shipment is Returned To Sender, we will contact you to confirm your shipping information, and will charge an additional $7.00 fee to re-ship the order.
Please note: all rural route and PO Box addresses will be shipped via Canada Post. The same rates apply as Canpar shipping.
About Your Order
All orders are shipped from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with only our address present.
Method of Payment
Stag Shop accepts Visa and Mastercard. Credit card information can be provided through our secure checkout, or via phone. All orders
must be prepaid before they are shipped.
Information on Taxes
Taxes will be automatically added to your order's total and indicated separately for your information. Residents in Ontario are subject to
5% GST and 8% PST for any purchases made. All other provinces and territories are subject to either 5% GST or 6% HST, where applicable.
Any import duties or taxes will be the purchaser's responsibility.
Back Orders
If an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail, and offer you the following opitons:
- we can offer suggestions for a substitution (ie. a different colour/flavour/type of the item you've ordered, or a similar item).
- we can backorder the item and have it shipped as soon as it arrived.
- we can remove the item from your order, refund the cost and ship the rest of your order.
You may cancel backorders at any time by contacting us by phone (1-888-310-1325) or e-mail (sales@stagshop.com).
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to being shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to a $10.00 restocking charge, plus any
applicable shipping costs incurred.
Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final. We are unable to offer
returns, exchanges, credit, or cash back.
