I keep getting an error that I'm not in the proper group to buy a product when I try to add it to the cart, why?
Answer: With the recent changes we urge you to clear you history & cache of your browser and completely close down and reopen your browser, this has been useful in helping with many common problems.

I cannot log into my old Stag Shop account, why?
Answer: There may be two reason for this problem. As of February 8th, 2016, for security purposes, we reset all customer passwords. Please ensure you reset your password on the customer login page.
If the problem is still happening, it may be because of our website switch in July 2015. We decided not to transfer account information to the new site then, in efforts to de-clutter and speed it up. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but you can create a new account. All this can be done here.

I was wondering if I could get Loyalty Rewards Points transferred to my new account? My new account is under the same email address
Answer: This is definitely possible, just contact us here and let us know and we can transfer the points.

How long will it take to get my package?
Answer:

It depends on which shipping method you choose. Canada Post is free on all orders over $49 before tax, and they usually take 3-5 business days. UPS is faster but there is an additional charge. This charge depends on where you are located.

If I place my order Friday before noon with next day shipping will it be delivered Saturday?
Answer:

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only. If your order was placed Friday before noon, you should expect your delivery on Monday.

Why didn't my coupon code work on my order? Why did my coupon code only discount some of my order?
Answer: Some of our brands and items are restricted, meaning sales and coupon codes will not apply to them. The list is available under the Customer Care Ordering Experience section. Coupon codes also don't work in conjunction with other sales and codes.

Why are your prices different online than in your stores?
Answer:

We treat our stores and our website very differently and sometimes our prices can affect that. For the most part, our prices are the same but both the stores and the website price match with our competitors. Stores match other stores ’ pricing, and online we match other websites' pricing.

I purchased a pre-paid credit card and it is not working for my online purchase.
Answer:

With most pre-paid credit card you are required to register the card on the banks website before being able to make online purchases. You are required to enter your postal code and the card number. This is for your protection.

I chose the ship to store option but I have not received my trackng number.
Answer: We do not send tracking numbers for the ship to store orders. The store manager will contact you when the parcel has arrived in the store. Depending on the time of your order, it should be int he store within 1-2 business days.

I just ordered something and it says that if I enjoy the email promotions I will get 20% of on my first order and it didn't happen, why?
Answer: You well be e-mailed a coupon code upon sign up, which will you will have to input on the first check out page, where it reads 'Coupon Code' to apply your discount.

Where do I enter the coupon code?
Answer: On the "View Bag" page, there is a space to enter your coupon code on the right side under your cart content.

I bought a toy too big online it's still in the original packaging, can i return it?
Answer:

Unfortunately due to the intimate nature of the items, we are unable to accept the return of any non-defective items, regardless of the condition of the packaging.

Will the package be discrete and whoever receives it will not know what it is from the outside? It won't say stag shop anywhere?
Answer:

All our parcels are shipped in non-descript boxes or grey postal envelopes. There are no identifying characteristics on the parcel or any listing of its contents. The return sender is identified as TC BIZZ

I was wondering if when purchasing items from the Stag Shop, when my credit card bill comes, if "Stag Shop" will be listed, or some other name?
Answer:

On your transaction report the store will be identified as TC BIZZ. For your privacy STAG SHOP is not used for the transaction. STAG SHOP is only shown on your physical and email receipts.

I just ordered a product online and I received it yesterday but it's not working properly. I was wondering about an exchange or return and how I go about this?
Answer:

If you have received an item and it is not working please contact our Customer Care Department. We will provide a return shipping label for return of the defective item. Upon receipt of the defective item it will be tested and a replacement will be issued. If the item is deemed to be non-defective it will be returned to you.

Can you purchase online and pay with a giftcard?
Answer:

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept gift cards for online purchases.

I received my order yesterday and the corsets that I purchased are too small. I would like to know how I can return them for a larger size. They are still in their packaging all tags attached.
Answer:

If you have received lingerie items that are non fitting we can provide you with an exchange. Please contact our customer care department. You will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label for the return of the non-fitting items. Upon receipt of the items we will send out the replacement size. Please remember online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in stores, it is online only.

I placed an order today, with same day shipping I should get it today right?
Answer:

No. Same day shipping means that it leaves our facility the same day you place your order. However please be advised this is only if your order was placed before 12:00 noon, otherwise it will leave the next day. How long it takes to get to you depends on what shipping method you choose.

How can I track my order?
Answer:

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email via Canada Post or UPS (whichever shipping method you chose) that you can input onto their wesbite(s) to get up to date information as to where your package currently is and an estimated delivery date.

Can I purchase an item online and have it delivered to a store near me?
Answer:

Absolutely. When you are proceeding through the checkout you will be provided shipping options. Choose SHIP TO STORE and be sure to choose the location you would like your order shipped to.

Your parcel will be shipped by Canada Post or UPS, depending on the level of service you choose.

We do not use the shipping information provided by PayPal. the shipping address you enter during the checkout process is the address your order will be shipped to.
