It depends on which shipping method you choose. Canada Post is free on all orders over $49 before tax, and they usually take 3-5 business days. UPS is faster but there is an additional charge. This charge depends on where you are located.

If you have received an item and it is not working please contact our Customer Care Department. We will provide a return shipping label for return of the defective item. Upon receipt of the defective item it will be tested and a replacement will be issued. If the item is deemed to be non-defective it will be returned to you.

If you have received lingerie items that are non fitting we can provide you with an exchange. Please contact our customer care department. You will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label for the return of the non-fitting items. Upon receipt of the items we will send out the replacement size. Please remember online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in stores, it is online only.
No. Same day shipping means that it leaves our facility the same day you place your order. However please be advised this is only if your order was placed before 12:00 noon, otherwise it will leave the next day. How long it takes to get to you depends on what shipping method you choose.
As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email via Canada Post or UPS (whichever shipping method you chose) that you can input onto their wesbite(s) to get up to date information as to where your package currently is and an estimated delivery date.
